Job Description We are looking for a Marketing Operations Executive who will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns to reach the target audience across digital and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and track email campaigns, social media marketing (including LinkedIn postings, direct messaging, etc.), online event marketing, and experiential marketing campaigns. - Call and engage inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns to drive conversions and ensure timely follow-ups. - Manage Jombay's social media handles and calendarize events/posting. - Use marketing tools for lead management, email sending and tracking, WhatsApp and SMS campaigns, etc. - Manage, track, and create reports from CRM and other marketing tools. - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns. - Manage the marketing database end-to-end. Key Expectations: - Excellent communication skills to drive sales and conversions. - Excellent Excel skills. - Surgical attention to detail (grammar, spelling, punctuation). - Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task. - Can work hard and is agile & efficient at getting things done. - Tons of common sense. - Adapt to a fast-paced, challenging environment. - Think creatively and innovatively. - Experience in managing marketing databases, email, and social media campaigns will be good to have.
