Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. - Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, grievances, and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment. - Oversee performance management by coordinating appraisals, providing feedback, and supporting employee growth. - Design and implement employee training programs and career development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities. - Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, bonuses, insurance, and other incentives. - Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies. - Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. - Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all organizational levels. - Support management with various HR projects and strategic initiatives as needed. Desired Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or HR certification preferred). - Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and labor regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. - Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
