Job Description About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking for a Digital Product Management Senior Manager. In this role, you will: - Manage and develop teams of digital professionals, supporting the development and execution of digital strategy within a business line or functional area - Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes - Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line and may have impact beyond the business line - Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables - Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility - Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers - Interact directly with external customers - Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group - Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy Required Qualifications: - 6+ years of digital product management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education - 3+ years of management or leadership experience Desired Qualification - Team Leadership & Development - Build, lead, and retain a high-performing team of product owners, analysts, consultants etc. ensuring alignment with business mandates and fostering continuous growth and capability development. - Product Strategy & Delivery Oversight - Drive the product roadmap in partnership with domain leaders and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of prioritized features and user stories aligned with strategic objectives. - Agile Execution & Performance Management - Oversee scrum team operations, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and KPI tracking to ensure efficient delivery and continuous improvement in velocity and value. - Stakeholder Engagement & Risk Management - Collaborate and negotiate with key stakeholders across business, technology, risk, legal, and compliance teams to manage risks and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations. - Customer-Centric Product Development - Apply deep expertise in digital product management, user experience and financial services to design and deliver impactful solutions, leveraging data insights and industry trends to enhance customer service and satisfaction. - Posting End Date: 27 Oct 2025 We Value Equal Opportunity Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
