Position Overview: We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales Executive with strong experience in selling Zinc Oxide or related chemical products. The role involves business development, customer relationship management, and driving sales growth across targeted end-use industries such as rubber, tyres, ceramics, paints, coatings, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for Zinc Oxide across assigned territories. 2. Manage and expand relationships with existing customers, distributors, and channel partners. 3. Understand customer requirements, provide product recommendations, and share technical information where needed. 4. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments. 5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements. 6. Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, QA) for order execution and customer satisfaction. 7. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review. 8. Participate in trade fairs, customer visits, and technical product meetings. Requirements: 1. 3–4 years of experience in sales of Zinc Oxide or chemical/raw materials. 2. Strong understanding of Zinc Oxide grades, applications, and customer segments (rubber, tyres, paints, ceramics, pharma, etc.). 3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 4. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 5. Ability to travel frequently for customer visits. 6. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and market-mapping ability.
