Position Summary Level: Manager As a Manager/Specialist Master at Deloitte Consulting, you will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes. Work you'll do: Collaborate with the functional team and client to thoroughly understand business requirements. Oversee technical delivery by providing architectural and implementation recommendations. Lead documentation efforts, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. Direct the design and development of solutions, ensuring timely delivery according to project plans. Work closely with project leadership to identify and escalate potential risks and prepare status reports. Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between various teams within the engagement. Respond to proposals by providing accurate estimations and technical input, supporting the overall success and alignment of project objectives with client needs. The team: AI & Data offers a full spectrum of solutions for designing, developing, and operating cutting-edge Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. AI & Data professionals will work with our clients to: - Design and modernize large-scale data and analytics platforms including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud, edge and AI/ML technologies, platforms and methodologies for storage, processing - Leverage automation, cognitive and AI based solutions to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions - Drive operational efficiency by managing and upgrading their data ecosystems and application platforms, utilizing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service models to ensure continuous insights and enhancements. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - 10-15 years (or maximum applicable for a field) of relevant experience in Generative AI, Deep Learning, or NLP - Led a 1520-member team on multiple end-to-end AI/GenAI projects with focus on Agentic AI solutions - Excellent communication and client/stakeholder management skills - Must have strong hands-on experience with programming languages like Python and SQL, and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch - Extensive expertise in LLM implementation & fine-tuning strategies for enterprise-scale custom applications - Deep knowledge of Agentic AI architecture and leading sophisticated multi-agent solution development - Expert-level understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) for advanced context management in complex systems - Strong proficiency in Tool Calling mechanisms and orchestrating complex agent interactions - Proven track record in designing and implementing multi-agent systems for collaborative AI workflows at scale - Master-level expertise with LangChain and LlamaIndex for architecting enterprise-grade AI solutions - Extensive hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry for developing and deploying production AI systems - Deep understanding of Agentic AI fundamentals and architectural design patterns - Expert knowledge of LLMOps practices for managing the complete lifecycle of LLM applications at scale - Strong experience architecting and implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated AI system deployment - Extensive expertise in API development using REST and FastAPI for building scalable, production-grade AI services - Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed system design patterns - Proven experience designing and implementing complex RAG systems for enterprise applications - Well versed with Transformer architecture, up to date with new research/progress in the field of Agentic AI and Gen AI - Knowledge of hyperscaler offerings (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Gen AI tools - Knowledge of Vector databases and Graph databases for advanced AI applications - Lead and deliver large-scale AI/Gen AI and Agentic AI projects across multiple industries and domains - Liaison with on-site and client teams to understand various business problem statements and project requirements - Lead a team of Data Engineers, ML/AI Engineers, Prompt engineers, and other Data & AI professionals to deliver projects from inception to implementation - Brainstorm, architect, build & improve AI/Gen AI models and agentic systems developed by the team & identify scope for model improvements & best practices - Lead and drive pre-sales, client pursuits and proposals with strategic insights on Agentic AI solutions - Drive a human-led culture of Inclusion & Diversity by caring deeply for all team members Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - Should follow research papers, comprehend and innovate/present the best approaches/solutions related to Generative AI components. - Familiar with Docker containerization, GIT, etc. - AI/Cloud certification from a premier institute is preferred. - Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and AI governance practices - Experience in mentoring teams and driving technical excellence across projects Education: - BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university Location: - Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata Our purpose Deloitte's purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
