Ltd. Position Overview The Enterprise Sales Manager AI will lead strategic sales engagements for ParadigmIT's AI solutions portfolio. The role requires a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, cloud ecosystems , and the ability to position AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring consultative selling experience, domain understanding, and a strong client network in target verticals. Key Responsibilities 1. Drive end-to-end enterprise sales for AI solutions across BFSI, Healthcare, and Manufacturing sectors. 2. Identify and qualify opportunities, develop account strategies, and close high-value deals through consultative selling. 3. Collaborate with internal pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to develop winning proposals and responses to RFPs. 4. Engage CXO-level stakeholders to articulate ParadigmIT's differentiated value proposition in AI-led transformation. 5. Own revenue targets and ensure consistent pipeline growth through strategic account development. 6. Represent ParadigmIT at industry events, webinars, and partner forums to enhance brand visibility. 7. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive movements to refine positioning. 8. Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective post-sale engagement and relationship management. Qualifications & Experience - 57 years of experience in enterprise technology or AI solution sales. - Proven track record in selling to BFSI, Healthcare, or Manufacturing clients. - Experience working with hyperscaler(Google, Microsoft, AWS) ecosystems. - Strong understanding of AI, ML, cloud, and data analytics solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams.
