Role CP&O Job Level/ Designation M2/AGM Function / Department Technology/Network Quality Location Lucknow Job Purpose This role is responsible for supporting network quality function by Leading Zonal RF Optimization engineers and drive NW KPIs in field. Central Performance and Optimization will also responsible to drive customer /sales complaints, improve CXX, benchmark RF KPIs and other key activities in field. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Key Responsibilities - Track and analyze key KPIs for Radio (2G/3G/4G/5G), Transmission, IP/Transport, and Core. - Governance of Zonal Engineers to achieve best NW KPIs and experience. - Identify degradations, performance gaps, and optimization needs across circles. - Consolidate performance insights from field teams and NOC for management reporting and anomalies corrections. - Conduct performance audits for newly integrated sites, clusters, or transport nodes. - Provide central guidelines for RF optimization during rollout and technology migrations. - Work with Network Planning, Deployment, NOC, and Field Optimization teams to resolve chronic issues. - Ensures timely resolutions of customer complaints, Sales issues and enterprise escalations. - Build dashboards and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly network performance. - Have experience in Drive Test Process. Drive insights-based decisions using traffic trends, customer experience metrics, and network behavior. - Well versed in Optimization Tools-SON, Schema, Geolocation Tool (Ground Hog) etc for analysis and field rectification. - Define and enforce standards for SCFT, rollout quality, acceptance criteria, and optimization benchmarks. - Ensure No process violation from both Government (DOT and TRAI etc) and internal audit prospective. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience - Must have good optimization experience to drive Network KPIs in field. - Have knowledge of Network Process, Government (DOT/TERM/TRAI) Compliance. - Handled large telecom for RF KPIs and daily troubleshooting activities. - Candidate must be solution oriented and able to handle sales and business escalations. - Keeps team motivated- Team player and Leader who can make passionate team who is paranoid towards excellence. - Excellent Analytical skills, team building and inter-personal relationship skill to excel cross functional projects and ensure best customer experience.
