We're seeking anEmail Marketing Specialistto manage, execute, and optimize allemail and SMS marketing campaignsin Klaviyo blending data-driven strategy with a deep understanding ofIndian festivals, values, and emotionsto connect authentically with our customers across the USA. Position Summary TheEmail Marketing Specialistwill be responsible for creating, scheduling, and analyzing all campaigns and flows inKlaviyo including newsletters, product launches, festive promotions, and customer journeys. This role requires bothcreative and technical expertise: the ability to write engaging copy, build beautiful emails, segment audiences, and track performance metrics all while staying true to LoveNspire's cultural storytelling and brand tone. Key Responsibilities 1. Plan, build, and scheduleemail and SMS campaignsinKlaviyoaligned with brand goals and seasonal calendars. 2. Create and manageautomated flows(welcome series, abandon cart, win-back, post-purchase, and re-engagement). 3. Writeculturally resonant copythat connects with the Indian diaspora highlighting festivals like Diwali, Rakhi, Karwa Chauth, Navratri, and more. 4. Collaborate with the design team to createvisually appealing, mobile-optimized templates. 5. Manage audiencesegmentation, tagging, and list hygiene. 6. A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to maximize open and click rates. 7. Track performance metrics (open, click, conversion, revenue per send) and present weekly reports. 8. Maintain consistency with LoveNspire'sbrand voice and visual identity. 9. Stay updated onemail compliance and deliverability best practices (CAN-SPAM, A2P). Qualifications 1. 2+ years of hands-on experiencewithKlaviyo email marketing(flows, campaigns, segmentation, reporting). 2. Proven ability to writeemotionally engaging, festival-driven copythat connects with Indian culture. 3. Strong understanding ofemail analyticsand optimization techniques. 4. Experience creating or editingemail templates(Klaviyo editor or basic HTML knowledge). 5. Knowledge ofShopifyKlaviyo integration. 6. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and cultural nuance. 7. Bonus: Experience managingSMS/Whatsapp campaignsand audience automations.
