Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are looking for an exceptional, multi-faceted leader to drive significant growth across our clients' digital properties, focusing on maximizing sales, conversions, and lead generation through advanced paid media, cutting-edge SEO, and strategic website optimization. Crucially, you must have a solid understanding of how AI is transforming search results (e.g., Google’s SGE, generative AI content, and large language models) and be able to strategize for the future of discovery. This role requires a blend of hands-on execution, strategic leadership, and advanced data analysis to drive exponential growth for our clients. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables: Search Strategy & Performance (SEO & SEM Integration) - Unified Strategy Development: Design and lead holistic search marketing strategies that seamlessly integrate SEO (organic growth) and SEM (paid performance) to maximize total search presence and budget efficiency for clients. - Result-Driven Planning: Develop and execute proven strategies to achieve tangible client KPIs, including year-over-year organic traffic growth, significant keyword ranking improvements, and measurable lead/conversion increases (CPA/ROAS targets). - Reporting & Insight: Own all search performance reporting, providing C-suite-level insights on performance, attribution, and next steps using tools like Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Search Console, and leading SEO/PPC platforms. Advanced SEO Expertise (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical) - Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive technical audits, troubleshoot complex indexing, crawlability, and site architecture issues, and provide developer-ready recommendations for Core Web Vitals, mobile-first indexing, and large-scale CMS migrations. - Content & On-Page Strategy: Lead advanced keyword research (entity search, cluster mapping), conduct in-depth search intent analysis, and develop comprehensive content briefs and optimization guides for writers to optimize for Google's E-E-A-T. - Off-Page Authority: Create and manage high-impact, scalable link-building and digital PR strategies focused on increasing Domain Authority (DA) and Topical Authority (TA), moving beyond basic link acquisition. AI & Future of Search: - SGE & Generative Search: Demonstrate expertise in anticipating and adapting to changes brought by Google's Search Generative Experience (SGE) and other AI-driven search features. - AI Tool Integration: Evaluate, recommend, and integrate AI tools for enhanced keyword research, content ideation, optimization, and reporting to improve team efficiency and client results. - Proactive Trend Analysis: Stay on the absolute forefront of Google algorithm updates, ranking factors, and the integration of large language models (LLMs) into the search ecosystem. - Experience with advanced technical SEO topics like international SEO (Hreflang), large-scale Schema Markup implementation, and log file analysis. Leadership & Team Development - Experience in leading a team, mentoring staff, and establishing best practices. - Proven experience in the hiring process for new team members (defining roles, interviewing, and onboarding). Experience: 3+ Years Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad. Job Type: Full-time Arrangement: Hybrid WFH + WFO as per requirement. Timing: 5 days a week + First Saturday of the Month, Half Day.
