Job Title Design Estimation Engineer - MEP Firefighting Plumbing Services Department Engineering Projects Location Panchkula Gurugram Project Site as per business requirement Reporting To Head - Design Estimation Project Manager About Damia Global Services Pvt Ltd Damia Global Services Pvt Ltd is a leading EPC company with extensive expertise in Engineering Procurement and Construction across multiple domains including Electrical Distribution Building Management Systems Fire Safety Solutions and MEP Services With over 500 successfully delivered projects across government industrial and commercial sectors DGS is known for its commitment to quality transparency and timely delivery Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design Estimation Engineer MEP specializing in Firefighting and Plumbing Systems The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed system designs quantity take-offs cost estimation and technical documentation ensuring full compliance with relevant codes and standards Key Responsibilities Design Responsibilities Prepare detailed design drawings layouts and schematics for Firefighting and Plumbing systems using AutoCAD or Revit Conduct hydraulic calculations and system design for Sprinkler Hydrant and Fire Suppression systems Design plumbing systems including domestic water drainage and vent lines as per project and regulatory requirements Ensure all designs comply with NBC NFPA IS and Local Authority Standards Coordinate with architectural electrical and structural teams for integrated MEP layouts Prepare as-built drawings revisions and documentation during execution stages Estimation Responsibilities Prepare Bills of Quantities BOQs material take-offs and detailed cost estimates for firefighting and plumbing works Study tender drawings and documents to understand the scope of work and identify deviations or technical requirements Collect material rates and vendor quotations to prepare rate analysis and cost breakdowns Support procurement teams in material selection and technical evaluations Prepare technical and commercial bids for tenders and assist in client presentations Coordination Support Provide design and technical support during project execution Conduct site visits for technical validation and design implementation checks Coordinate with clients consultants and statutory authorities for design reviews and approvals Required Skills Competencies Strong technical knowledge of Firefighting Plumbing Systems Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit MEP and MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Good understanding of tendering estimation and EPC project workflows Familiarity with standards such as NFPA NBC IS Codes and CPHEEO manuals Excellent analytical coordination and communication skills Qualification Experience B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3-6 years of relevant experience in design and estimation for firefighting and plumbing works with an EPC MEP firm Experience in government and institutional projects will be an added advantage Personal Attributes Strong commitment to quality and accuracy Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Positive attitude with a collaborative team approach Why Join Damia Global Services Opportunity to work on diverse and prestigious government infrastructure projects Exposure to full project life cycle - from design to execution Professional work environment with strong growth prospects and learning opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 22 000 00 - 36 000 00 per month Work Location In person
