Ltd. is a leading Systems Integrator and Authorized Channel Partner of Siemens, specializing in engineering, manufacturing, supply, and commissioning of Electrical & Automation Control Panels, VFD Panels, MCC Panels, and complete automation systems across multiple industrial sectors. We serve clients like Siemens, Primetals, and SMS Group, offering turnkey project solutions with a focus on quality, reliability, and innovation. Position Overview The Sales & Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets in the field of Industrial Automation, Electrical Panels, and Turnkey Projects. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial automation and electrical control systems sector. Generate enquiries and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations. Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers, coordinate with internal teams for costing and proposals. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business. Collaborate with engineering, purchase, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction. Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and collection goals. Provide periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to management. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation systems, VFDs, PLCs, SCADA, and control panels. Good understanding of sales processes, proposal preparation, and negotiation. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under deadlines. Qualification & Experience Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering. Experience: 14 years in sales / business development of industrial automation products or control systems. Freshers with strong technical knowledge and a passion for sales may also apply. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Enquiry generation and conversion ratio. Monthly order booking and revenue achievement. Customer satisfaction and retention rate. Accuracy and timeliness of techno-commercial offers. Collection efficiency and payment follow-ups.
