Job Description About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Salesforce Developers (Freshers) who have a strong interest in CRM platforms, cloud computing, and custom application development on Salesforce. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of our CRM development team, responsible for customizing, developing, and integrating Salesforce solutions to meet business needs. You will gain hands-on experience in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configurations. Key Responsibilities: - Work with senior developers and business analysts to understand business requirements and implement Salesforce solutions. - Design, develop, and maintain custom objects, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Assist in Salesforce configuration (validation rules, workflows, process builder, flows, profiles, permissions). - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. - Participate in unit testing, bug fixing, and deployment activities. - Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations by identifying and resolving issues. - Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices. Required Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. - Basic hands-on experience or coursework in Salesforce development. - Knowledge of: - Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL - Lightning Components (LWC / Aura Components) - Visualforce pages - Salesforce Data Model & Security Model - Familiarity with Salesforce configuration tools (Validation Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Flows). - Understanding of REST / SOAP APIs and integration concepts. - Knowledge of Version Control Systems (Git/GitHub). - Basic understanding of Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Good problem-solving and debugging skills. Good to Have (Optional but Advantageous): - Salesforce Developer Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange and App Development. - Understanding of Data Migration tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard). Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Eagerness to learn and grow in Salesforce and cloud technologies. - Ability to work both independently and in a team. - High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
