Job Description Experience: 1.00 + years Salary: INR 400000-450000 / year (based on experience) Shift: (GMT+05:30) Asia/Kolkata (IST) Opportunity Type: Remote Placement Type: Full time Permanent Position (*Note: This is a requirement for Uplers) What do you need for this opportunity Must have skills required: Client interaction, cold calling, Communication Skills, LinkedIn, Bench Sales Experience, Lead Generation, sales experience Uplers is Looking for: Roles & Responsibilities - - Generate 8 to 10 Qualified Appointments in a month. - Help the Sales team in Closure by doing relevant client communication - Understand Ideal Customers of the companies and Draft Responses to the Prospect on their Challenges - Identify & Approach Key Decision makers with the Prospects - Identify & Approach Key Influencers with the Prospects - Send 30 to 40 highly Personalized emails to Decision Makers & Influencers - Make 30 to 40 Warm/Cold Call to Qualify the Prospects - Create an Email Template Library - Send Linkedin Requests & In mails to Prospects and Increase the chance of Success - Utilize Companies CRM tool to run all the activities - Fill Daily, weekly & Monthly Report - Basic knowledge of digital marketing Required Skills - - 6 months or 1 Year of Experience in Staffing Industry & Tech Outsourcing Industry or Digital Marketing agency, SAAS, Product companies or a fresher. - A degree in Management or Business from a Reputed Management Institute - Bachelors with Technology or Commerce Background - Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre call planning, call control, account development, and time management. - Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers. - Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills. - Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills. - Excellent listening skills. - Strong written communication skills. - Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. - Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures. - Ability to work individually and as part of a team. - High level of integrity and work ethic. - Experience with customer relationship management software.
