Lead Bartender – Full-Time (On-Site) | Mumbai We are looking for a Lead Bartender to join our team immediately. Until we receive our liquor license, you will be responsible for developing a creative zero-proof beverage menu while maintaining the highest standards of service. Role & Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. - Develop and execute an innovative zero-proof menu until the liquor license is obtained. - Oversee bar staff, maintain inventory levels, and ensure quality standards. - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records. - Lead by example, providing excellent customer service and team support. Qualifications - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Experience in Food & Beverage and Bartending. - Knowledge of beer and wine, along with mixology and zero-proof beverage creation. - Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. - Certification in bartending or a relevant field is a plus. 📅 Schedule: Full-time | Monday Day Off | Saturday & Sunday Break Shift 📍 Location: Mumbai - Immediate Joining Required
