Job Overview As a Financial Advisor, you will manage client relationships, conduct financial analysis, handle all aspects of sales administration, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. The role offers the opportunity to guide clients through customized financial journeys that align with IMMPL's values and service excellence. Key Responsibilities - Identify client needs and provide personalized financial planning and asset allocation advice with support from the Research and Financial Planner teams. - Expand and manage existing client relationships while ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. - Build and deepen relationships with HNI clients to maximize engagement and portfolio expansion. - Recommend strategies on cash management, insurance, investments, and wealth creation to help clients achieve their financial goals. - Implement financial plans, regularly review performance, and reassess strategies based on life or market changes. - Manage diversified client portfolios across insurance, mutual funds, hedge funds, real estate, and fixed-income products. - Keep client plans up to date and prepare or interpret performance reports, document summaries, and income projections. - Collaborate with teams across Research, Financial Planning, Insurance, and Operations to ensure timely client support. - Handle any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
