Job Purpose: - Prepare & manage the Proposals for PCI MRO across YMA region, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive technical and commercial proposals. The role involves standardizing processes, and coordinating across YMA PIC to deliver high-quality bids aligned with company objectives. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Proposal Management - Oversee the preparation of complete technical and commercial proposals. - Review RFQ documents, identify risks and opportunities, and propose mitigation measures. - Negotiating 3rd party suppliers to get the best tech/comm buyout items offers - Manage pre-bid clarifications, bid evaluations, and submission timelines. - Ensure compliance with client specifications, company policies, and quality standards. Coordination & Communication - Liaise with YMA PIC to develop accurate and competitive bids. - Work closely with YMA PIC to understand customer requirements and tailor proposals accordingly. - Represent the company in pre-bid and post-bid discussions with customers. - Tracking of offers sent to YMA FP. Costing & Estimation - Validate cost models and margin analysis before submission. - Identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining technical integrity. Qualification And Experience - Degree of instrumentation Engineering. - 12-15 Years of experience in the Automation filed, preferably for instrumentation sales (pressure, level, temperature, Flow), - Strong knowledge of MRO opportunity lifecycles, evaluation, and cost estimation principles. - Well understating of Sales tools (CRM ...ETC) - Other business-related studies are preferrable Competencies - Very good strategic sales background - Very good negotiation skills - Can easily work in a team - Very good time management skills Skills - Very Good command of English - Very good Command of Microsoft office - Very good communication skills Yokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
