Job Description Real Estate Operation Analyst - Accounting - General monitoring of property and lease related documents, tenant activity, invoices, real estate taxes, and insurance renewals. - Document tracking for leases, titles, financings, debt covenants. - Cashflow tracking lockboxes and debt service payments, bank accounts, distributions - Asset management monitoring property acquisition and disposal status, manage dissolution process (e.g. closing bank accounts and entities) - Financial reporting and tracking reporting deadline - Helping with processing invoices for payment (there are a few deals that aren't triple net and tracking payments for these few deals is one area we could use help with). - Helping with our monthly and quarterly internal reporting and presentations. - Helping monitor and review third party reports on our asset valuations.Helping to respond to auditor requests (many are just requests for documentation).
