We channel that enthusiasm towards our work into getting our clients more business. We offer services in branding, advertising, design, web development, and extensive digital marketing. We're looking to grow our team in all aspects of the marketing spectrum of designers, developers, and digital marketing experts. About the Role: We're looking for a Sales Intern who can act as a vital bridge between our marketing and sales functions. In this role, you'll engage with leads generated through various marketing campaigns, understand their requirements, assess their level of interest, and qualify them before passing them on to the client's sales or admissions teams. This internship is perfect for someone who enjoys communicating with people, understanding business needs, and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment. Responsibilities - Contact new leads immediately by phone or WhatsApp as soon as a lead is generated from Meta, Google, the website, or WhatsApp (aim to contact within 1520 minutes). - Start the conversation professionally to understand what the lead is looking for, including their intent, requirement, and budget. - Share relevant information such as brochures, course or product details, and quick answers using approved WhatsApp templates. - Tag each lead as Hot, Warm, or Cold based on simple qualification rules. - Update lead details immediately in Google Sheets or Excel after every contact, including notes, status, and next steps. - Arrange follow-ups or meetings with the sales, admissions, or internal teams when a lead is ready. - Coordinate with marketing and tech teams for automation, reporting, and feedback about lead quality. - Communicate clearly and politely to build quick rapport and trust with every lead. Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline (students from all degree backgrounds can apply). - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu are mandatory. - Confident on calls with the ability to build quick rapport and engage naturally. - Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business tools. - Interested in marketing, sales, and customer experience, with a willingness to learn and adapt. Internship Duration - 4 Months Internship Pay - Rs. 15,000 per month.
