IT Systems Engineer About the Role We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Systems Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize our cloud and on-premise systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology infrastructure while providing technical support across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Maintain, troubleshoot, and support cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and AWS - Support and manage client systems, including Drupal, Kentico, Sitefinity, and Sitecore - Maintain, troubleshoot, and support CI/CD pipelines and environments - Develop and maintain ITIL documentation, including procedures, policies, and user guides (English) - Act as the primary IT point of contact, responsible for office IT inventory, network infrastructure, and end-user equipment (laptops and peripherals) - Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 support as needed - Provide helpdesk support across Windows and macOS environments Skills & Responsibilities - Strong command of professional business English - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) - Familiarity with operating systems and server technologies, including DNS, IIS, Nginx, Ubuntu, and Windows Server - Proven ability to troubleshoot independently, solve problems efficiently, and work under pressure - Self-motivated, adaptable, and solutions-driven with a strong willingness to learn new technologies Nice to Have - Experience working with CMS platforms such as Drupal, Kentico, Sitefinity, or Sitecore - Previous on-call IT support experience - Knowledge of container technologies (Docker) - Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are a strong advantage Benefits - Friendly and collaborative work environment in a great location - Exposure to an international team and global projects - Opportunity to work on challenging and exciting projects - Company-sponsored professional development and certifications - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience - Comprehensive health insurance, including family coverage A little about us...
