Job Description Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Program Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The PMO will be responsible for supporting project managers and ensuring effective project governance and delivery across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is immediately available and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across various departments. - Support the project management team by maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and preparing status reports. - Assist with resource management, ensuring that project resources are effectively allocated. - Prepare and maintain documentation, including project charters, project plans, and risk management plans. - Monitor and ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies. - Coordinate project meetings, and track and resolve issues or blockers in the projects. - Prepare and present project performance metrics and reports to senior management. - Ensure project compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. - Provide administrative support to the PMO, including managing project-related communications and scheduling. - Assist with risk and change management activities. Key Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in a Program Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello). - Strong analytical and organizational skills with an eye for detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize. - Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the field of project management.
