Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Badminton Coach to train and mentor players of varying skill levels from beginners to competitive athletes The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of badminton the ability to design effective training programs and the enthusiasm to inspire players to reach their full potential Key Responsibilities Plan organize and conduct training sessions for individuals and teams Develop personalized training programs focusing on technique fitness and game strategy Provide hands-on coaching to improve players skills agility stamina and game awareness Analyze performance and provide constructive feedback to players Organize and oversee practice matches tournaments and competitions Ensure player safety by promoting injury prevention and proper warm-up cool-down techniques Motivate and mentor athletes to develop discipline sportsmanship and teamwork Maintain training records attendance and performance reports Stay updated with the latest techniques rules and trends in badminton coaching Qualifications Skills Proven experience as a badminton coach or professional player Certification from a recognized sports authority BWF National Sports Body or equivalent preferred Strong knowledge of badminton rules techniques and training methodologies Excellent communication motivational and interpersonal skills Ability to work with diverse age groups and skill levels Strong organizational and time-management abilities First Aid CPR certification is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay From 18 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Paid sick time Work Location In person
