Job Description Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef located in Jaipur. The Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting various dishes. Daily tasks include ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and presentation, managing kitchen inventory and supplies, and collaborating with the kitchen staff to create new recipes and menus. The Chef will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior staff members. Qualifications - Culinary skills: Cooking, Food Presentation, and Menu Development - Kitchen management skills: Inventory Management, Ordering Supplies, and Maintaining Hygiene and Safety Standards - Experience in various cuisines and cooking techniques - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment - Relevant culinary certifications or degrees are a plus - Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
