Company Description The Bosch Group is a leading global supplier of technology and services in the areas of Automotive Technology Industrial Technology Consumer Goods Energy and Building Technology In India the Group operates through nine companies with a combined strength of over 30 000 associates which includes around 14 000 research and development associates Bosch Rexroth AG is one of the world s leading specialists in the field of drive and control technologies Under the brand name of Rexroth the company supplies customers with tailored solutions for driving controlling and moving - for industrial applications and factory automation mobile applications and using renewable energies Bosch Rexroth India Pvt Ltd is 100 subsidiary of Bosch Rexroth AG having Sales Turnover of around INR 1000 Crores in 2018 Head office Plant at Sanand Ahmedabad We invite promising and dynamic professionals for a long-term and rewarding career with Bosch Interpret and translate customer specifications into detailed electrical and instrumentation documentation Design and prepare electrical control panel layouts wiring diagrams schematics using AutoCAD and EPLAN for hydraulic machinery Select appropriate switchgears sizing MCBs contactors relays etc based on system requirements Selection and configuration of sensors transmitters and other instrumentation and switches Develop and implement basic control logic in junction boxes for field-level automation Detailing and preparing bills of materials of Electrical control panel field device wiring Prepare cable schedule and I O lists according to details drawings and system requirement Proficient in the selection and sizing of control panel junction boxes cables cable glands and terminals to ensure compliance with industry standards Ensure compliance with relevant electrical and safety standards e g IEC ATEX Familiarity with hazardous area classifications and intrinsic safety Coordinate with mechanical and hydraulic engineers for system integration Coordinate with customers and internal teams to gather and clarify technical requirements Provide technical support to customer and service team during installation commissioning of machine Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost optimization Qualifications B E B TECH Electrical Mechatronics engineeringwith 2 - 5 years of experience Preferred skills knowledge exposure 2-5 years of experience in E I engineering preferably in the hydraulics or industrial automation sector Proficiency in AutoCAD EPLAN SAP or similar design tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Additional Information Personality Requirement Enthusiastic positive minded and able to work well in an international client environment Good interpersonal communication and analytical skills Self-starter and goal oriented Attention to details and strong inclination to learn Team player - open-minded and flexible
