What You’ll Do: - Design and develop cohesive and compelling visual assets aligned with Nappa Dori’s brand language - Create graphics for digital platforms, including website banners, newsletters, social media content, and digital ads - Assist in conceptualizing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal lookbooks - Contribute to packaging and print collateral, ensuring every design speaks to the brand’s handcrafted luxury - Collaborate with the senior design team, photographers, and marketing to brainstorm and execute fresh visual ideas - Work within brand guidelines while still bringing fresh creative thinking to the table - Support in producing mood boards, mockups, and presentation decks What We’re Looking For: - 3–5 years of experience in graphic design; internships or freelance work welcome - A strong portfolio showcasing versatility in digital and print design - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; - After Effects or Premiere Pro a bonus) - A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color, with strong attention to detail - Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Passion for storytelling through visuals and a love for thoughtful, minimalist
