Job Description - Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with prospects in the staff augmentation space - Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, emails, and calls to generate leads and expand the client network - Draft professional and persuasive email communications for client engagement - Present clear and compelling value propositions tailored to client needs - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends and industry best practices Other Requirement - 1 year to 4 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in staff augmentation or recruitment - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Proficiency in professional email writing and LinkedIn engagement - Ability to structure a strategic outreach approach to maximize prospect engagement - Goal-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets - Familiarity with outreach tools for lead generation - Ability to convert leads into sales is a big plus
