Job Description Job Reference # 330330BR Job Type Full Time Your role MiFID II and FinFraG Trade Reporting Specialist Your role - Have exposure to Equity, FX, Rates and Credit products - Good understanding of MiFID II & FinFraG esp. from Order Recordkeeping & Journalling requirement - Good in Reconciliation of data to assure completeness & accuracy of our reporting under MIFID II and FinfraG - Ability to perform Level 1 analysis on resulting exceptions, identify misreporting with appropriate remediation actions - Understands the importance of Regulatory reporting and could report / escalate the issues as per required risk coverage - Good understanding about Reference data including Client, Entities & Instruments - Able to perform testing in UAT to ensure functionality correctness for reporting performance - Partner with our colleagues in the business and other key stakeholders to ensure our compliance with MIFID II and FinfraG - create metrics to identify reporting issues and act quickly to determine the cause and escalate to counterparts as necessary Your team MiFID II and FinFraG Trade Reporting Specialist Your role - Have exposure to Equity, FX, Rates and Credit products - Good understanding of MiFID II & FinFraG esp. from Order Recordkeeping & Journalling requirement - Good in Reconciliation of data to assure completeness & accuracy of our reporting under MIFID II and FinfraG - Ability to perform Level 1 analysis on resulting exceptions, identify misreporting with appropriate remediation actions - Understands the importance of Regulatory reporting and could report / escalate the issues as per required risk coverage - Good understanding about Reference data including Client, Entities & Instruments - Able to perform testing in UAT to ensure functionality correctness for reporting performance - Partner with our colleagues in the business and other key stakeholders to ensure our compliance with MIFID II and FinfraG - create metrics to identify reporting issues and act quickly to determine the cause and escalate to counterparts as necessary Your expertise Minimum Diploma degree Experience level 4- 8 years - experience in business analysis and reconciliation operation in an Investment Banking environment - an understanding of Funds, SPVs and their payment process is a must. - Aware of Middle office environments with relevant experience - experience in process improvement and optimisation - strong verbal and written communication skills, an excellent working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI - Ability to challenge and communicate confidently at all levels within the organisation You are: - a strategic and creative thinker, able to act with initiative and influence senior stakeholders - technically minded and comfortable with data and complex technological solutions - able to identify risks and escalate where necessary - flexible with the ability to work independently or collaboratively About Us UBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
