Your Profile - Align Application Maintenance (ADM) processes with business goals using Capgemini’s BPF framework. - Map business processes and analyze financial metrics, IT failures, and transactional data to define and improve KPIs. - Perform KPI calculation and build business cases for leadership and client buy-in. - Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI and Excel to monitor KPIs and performance trends. - Create impactful PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights, solutions, and progress to stakeholders. Your Role - Strong business process understanding and experience in business analysis across IT and operations. - Proficiency in data analysis using Power BI and Excel, including dashboarding and data modeling. - Knowledge of financial metrics and KPI frameworks relevant to ADM and business performance. - Experience in preparing executive-level presentations and reports using PowerPoint. - Familiarity with ERP systems and techno-functional roles in implementation or support environments.
