An instrumentation engineer fresher job description includes designing developing and installing systems to monitor and control industrial processes along with calibrating and maintaining equipment troubleshooting issues and collaborating with other teams Freshers will support senior engineers with tasks like software implementation documentation performance testing and on-site support for installation and maintenance Core responsibilities Design and development Assist in designing and developing control systems using software like CAD as well as implementing control logic using PLCs DCS or SCADA systems Installation and commissioning Provide technical support during the installation commissioning and testing phases of instrumentation projects Calibration and maintenance Help calibrate and maintain instruments to ensure optimal performance and conduct routine maintenance on equipment Troubleshooting Assist in identifying and resolving issues with instrumentation and control systems performing fault analysis and debugging equipment Documentation Create and maintain documentation including calibration records test results and maintenance logs Collaboration Work with cross-functional teams including operations design and maintenance to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems Data analysis Help analyze process data to ensure instruments are functioning correctly and to identify areas for process optimization Key skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in relevant software such as CAD PLC programming and SCADA systems Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry standards Good communication and teamwork skills Typical duties for a fresher Assist in the creation of schematics diagrams and control system layouts Support Factory Acceptance Tests and quality reviews of project submittals Provide remote and on-site technical support and basic user training to clients Learn to perform calibrations troubleshooting and preventative maintenance under guidance Participate in product and application training sessions to develop hands-on skills JOB APPLY http jobs vinayakjob com CONTACT DETAILS - Name - MANISHA SAHU Number - 91 91099 93513
