We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Administrative Assistant for our Falta office. About job: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to Almatis India, ensuring smooth business operations across office facilities, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and other business-related services. - Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers to meet all administrative needs efficiently. - Manage day-to-day office administration, including scheduling, coordination of meetings, and front-desk communication. - Handle data management and reporting tasks to support business decisions and compliance requirements. - Coordinate with vendors and oversee facility management to maintain operational excellence. - Ensure compliance with company policies and liaise with relevant authorities as needed. About you: - Graduate from any government/reputed institute. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred. - 5-8 years of experience in administrative role at plant and corporate level preferably in midsized manufacturing company. - Computer proficiency. - Good communication skill in English.
