Job Description Must Have: 8+ years of business analysis experience Deep understanding of trade lifecycle processes and financial operations workflows Proven experience in functional QA testing for financial systems, including component, integration, and end-to-end testing Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for user stories, epics, and requirements documentation Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels Financial services experience with understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance Results-oriented with ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously Knowledge of capital market products - equity, fixed income, FX, money-market and etc. Nice-to-Have Knowledge of payment systems, specifically MQ and MT message formats and SWIFT messaging standards Experience with qTest or similar test management tools Experience in matrix environments within large, publicly-traded financial institutions Strategic thinking with interpersonal skills to work across functions and business lines Understanding of Capital Markets business, data strategies, and IT technical/security standards Mandatory Competencies BA - Business Analyst - Business Process Modelling BA - Business Analyst - Requirement Gathering Beh - Communication BA - Documentation - Story Creation, BRD, FRD Creation BA - Business Knowledge BA - Client Interaction BA - Communication - Verbal, Written Perks And Benefits For Irisians Iris provides world-class benefits for a personalized employee experience.
