Job Description We are seeking dynamic Business Growth Planners to expand our market presence across small businesses, emerging startups, and mid-market companies. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong business network, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping organizations adopt technology, automate business processes, and digital transformation services. As a Business Growth Planner, you will identify potential clients, initiate outreach, generate leads, and promote Hithav's consulting, technology, and automation services. You will work on a fee-based compensation model, earning attractive commissions for every qualified lead and closed deal. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identify, target, and qualify potential clients across small businesses to mid-market organizations. - Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using your own network, online research, social outreach, and referrals. 2. Sales Outreach & Engagement - Initiate outbound communication via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn. - Share information about Hithav's services, value propositions, and relevant use cases. - Warm up leads and schedule intro calls with the Hithav Consulting team. 3. Promotion of Hithav Solutions - Educate prospects about Hithav's technology enablement and digital transformation programs. - Promote Hithav's Startup Evaluation Program, Industry Accelerators, Training & Support Tiers, and Custom Solution Development. 4. Relationship Building - Build long-term relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and influencers (CXOs, founders, partners, Directors). - Maintain timely follow-ups and ensure a positive pre-sales experience to improve conversion potential. 5. Coordination & Reporting - Share qualified leads with the Growth Advisor/BD team. - Provide brief notes and context for each opportunity. - Track activity, outreach, and lead flow in CRM or shared reporting tools. Requirements Skills & Experience - 010 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, channel sales, affiliate/referral partnerships, or consulting including but not limited to experience as an Insurance Advisor, Financial Advisor, Direct Sales Agent etc. - Strong communication and networking skills (English; regional languages such as Telugu, Hindi are a plus). - Ability to understand basic business processes (sales, marketing, operations, finance, HR) and identify pain points. - Comfort with using digital tools (Zoho CRM, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets). Personal Attributes - Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset. - Persuasive communicator with strong interpersonal skills. - High integrity and professionalism when dealing with business owners and senior stakeholders. - Goal-oriented and eager to earn performance-based income.
