ONE Roof Your Mission As a Program Manager - you will project manage to completion different initiatives to deliver a plan comprises of Portfolio expansion, organizational, tools and processes as well as infrastructures capabilities. - Cross Function coordination (Engineering, Production center, Sourcing, Industrial Eng., Services,...) with each head of Department will be required to deliver and execute the plan/actions and ensure timely readiness. Your Profile Must Have - Strong PM competencies and ability to summarize/report status, planning, and mitigation plan at Senior & Executive level - Show assertiveness and ability to navigate/collaborate inside different level of the organization - Influential, listening and communication (incl. in Hindi/Marathi) skills - Have experience in important Transformation &/or change management program - Based in Pune Additional Knowledge/experience That Will Make a Difference - Supply chain processes Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sourcing/Procurement, Prod. - SAP knowledge - Comfortable and ability to use AI tools
