Human Resources Executive

Dear Candidate, We have a requirement for Human Resource Executive for Isha Foundation. The work location is Chikkaballapura, Karnataka. Please find below the Job responsibilities: Job Responsibilities: Maintain and update HP databases and employee records, ensuring accurate and confidential data management Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews Assist in the development and implementation of HP policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient HP operations and solve any issues that arise. Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Requirements  Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field  Proven experience in HP operations or a similar role  Strong knowledge of HP processes, policies, and employment laws  Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Proficient in using MS Office Suite  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion Interested candidates please forward your resume Regards, Priya Rajan
