This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 800000 (ie INR 6-8 LPA) Min Experience: 3 years Location: Bangalore JobType: full-time As an IT Administration & Supply Operations Manager, you will be responsible for safeguarding organizational data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining robust cybersecurity and IT infrastructure. This role combines strategic oversight of IT operations with hands-on management of networks, systems, and supply coordination to ensure operational efficiency and data protection across the organization. Requirements Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure & System Management - Manage end-to-end onboarding of users and departments in Azure AD, including implementing RBAC and Conditional Access policies. - Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM), and ensure optimal performance. - Oversee and optimize cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, and GCP, balancing performance and cost efficiency. - Administer and troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, VPNs, and firewalls, maintaining secure and reliable connectivity. - Configure and monitor firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection systems (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, CheckPoint). - Manage patching, system performance, and ensure high availability of critical systems. - Provide on-site and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and user applications. - Perform root cause analysis for escalated issues related to servers, applications, and networking. - Administer user accounts, access controls, backups, and disaster recovery strategies. - Configure and manage storage systems (DAS, NAS, SAN, RAID) and ensure optimal utilization. - Leverage SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL knowledge and PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting for automation and monitoring tasks. - Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, SOPs, and asset inventories in alignment with security and compliance standards. Tools & Monitoring - Utilize diagnostic tools such as Lansweeper, ConnectWise, SolarWinds, and others for proactive monitoring and issue resolution. - Collaborate with vendors for procurement, AMC renewals, licensing, and equipment servicing. Operational & Supply Coordination - Support HR and administrative functions including onboarding, attendance management, and workspace readiness. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth supply operations and timely fulfillment. - Assist senior management in scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Who You Are - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Applications (preferred). - Professional certifications such as AZ-500, AWS, CCSP, PCSE, CEH are an advantage. - Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion. - Strong data-driven mindset with analytical skills for process improvement. - Excellent communication and multitasking abilities. - Previous experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment is a plus.
