Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant -Application Support L2 In this role, as a DevOps Engineer you will be a part of the Cora support team who will take ownership of Deployment related activities/issues reported and see problems through to resolution. Responsibilities .Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution. .Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. .Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and Puppet. .Utilize cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for infrastructure management. .Deploy and manage container orchestration solutions using Kubernetes and Docker. .Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and New Relic. .Develop automation tools using Bash/Shell scripting, Python, or Go. .Collaborate with the team to integrate basic Salesforce functionalities. .Manage databases using SQL, PGadmin, and PostgreSQL. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications .[Bachelor%27s/Graduation/Equivalent Preferred qualifications .Good Understanding of Salesforce platform (Admin and Code level understanding) Preferred Qualifications/ Skills .Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring unfocused issues to resolution. .Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation. .Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). .Proficiency in container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker. .Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and New Relic. .Ability to write scripts in Bash/Shell, Python, or Go for automation purposes. .Basic understanding of Salesforce integration. .Familiarity with SQL databases and tools like PGadmin and PostgreSQL.
