Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce technologies, including CRM customization, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce DevOps, and automation tools like Flows. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions that meet our business needs. Must Have Skills: - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development - Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform customization and configuration - Expertise in Apex programming and Triggers development - Proficient in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components - Experience with SOQL and SOSL for data querying - Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows for automation - Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Salesforce DX) - Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets) - Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements - Customize Salesforce CRM using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flows - Develop and maintain complex Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs - Build and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for data retrieval and manipulation - Implement Salesforce DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control - Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions - Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables - Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues in production and sandbox environments - Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features and proactively implement enhancements - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team - Ensure adherence to Salesforce security best practices and governance policies
