PE M A Structuring Corporate you will oversee and execute complex legal transactions providing strategic advice to senior leadership and cross-functional teams The role entails end-to-end ownership of private equity and M A deals investment structuring portfolio company management corporate governance and cross-border transactions You will act as a key business enabler and ensure business goals while ensuring robust compliance and risk management You need to be a HODLer of these 6-10 years of post-qualification experience with a strong focus on Private Equity M A corporate structuring and general corporate advisory Prior experience at a leading law firm or investment fund is essential Proven track record of leading large complex transactions independently Strong commercial acumen negotiation and stakeholder management skills Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic business environment You will be mining through these tasks Lead and manage all Private Equity and M A transactions -
