You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines. Responsibilities .Software Testing Methodologies: Implement comprehensive software testing methodologies to ensure product quality and reliability. .Test Case Development: Develop and execute detailed test cases covering all aspects of product functionality. .Automated Testing Tools: Utilize automated testing tools like Selenium to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. .Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to evaluate system stability and scalability under various conditions. .Information Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure information architecture aligns with product requirements and user needs. .Accessibility Standards: Ensure all products meet accessibility standards, providing inclusive user experiences for diverse audiences. Leadership and Strategic Thinking: .Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA analysts. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. .Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for quality assurance aligned with Agentic AI%27s goals. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in testing practices. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications .Proven experience with software testing methodologies, including both manual and automated testing practices. .Strong proficiency in test case development and execution for web and mobile applications. .Experience with automated testing tools, particularly Selenium, for functional and regression testing. .Knowledge of performance testing methods and tools. .Familiarity with information architecture principles and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
