The GL Manager will oversee the integrity of the organization s financial records ensure timely and accurate month-end close processes and support compliance audit and reporting requirements General Ledger Month-End Close Manage end-to-end general ledger operations including accurate postings reconciliations and timely month quarter year-end closings in compliance with Ind AS IFRS Financial Reporting Analysis Prepare and review financial statements consolidations and management reports providing analytical insights to support business decisions Controls Compliance Maintain robust internal controls ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements and support internal and external audits Process Improvement Automation Drive process optimization and automation initiatives collaborating with IT to enhance ERP and reporting efficiency Chance to work with a listed Real Estate EntityOwnership of the GL functions work with senior leadership with a PE backed firm Chartered Accountant CA with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience Prior experience at a Big 4 firm audit or advisory is mandatory Proven experience in GL accounting financial reporting and month-end close management In-depth knowledge of Ind AS IFRS internal controls and accounting systems Strong proficiency with ERP systems SAP Oracle or equivalent and MS Excel Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities The hiring company is a well-established entity in the Real Estate Development industry As a large organization they provide opportunities to work on significant projects within the Property sector ensuring professional growth and exposure to complex financial operations Opportunities for professional growth and development within a large organization Exposure to dynamic projects in the Real Estate Development industry
