About the Role: We are seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to take complete ownership of our in-house, large-scale Marketing Automation Platform. This is a critical role at the intersection of digital marketing and product management. You will be responsible for building and scaling the platform that powers our entire customer communication and engagement strategy. The ideal candidate is someone who gets a super kick from building products from scratch and deeply understands the strategic value an in-house martech platform drives for a B2C company at scalefrom governance and cost control to the massive contribution to our overall growth. You will report to the Head of Products and work in a high-visibility role, engaging directly with engineering, business stakeholders, and senior leadership. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) - Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, own, and champion the product roadmap for our marketing automation platform. Gather requirements from business stakeholders, sell your vision to both leadership and the engineering team. - Execution & Delivery: Break down the roadmap into detailed tasks and subtasks. Work with engineering (backend/frontend) and design teams to align sprint planning, manage the backlog (Jira, Asana, etc.), and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. Extensive UAT testing mindset is a must before shipping. - Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of communication. Provide weekly and periodic updates to all stakeholders, lead monthly review meetings with business users to analyze platform performance, and guide them on best practices. - Drive User Success: Go beyond just shipping features. You will be responsible for driving full platform adoption, monitoring user success, and formulating action plans to ensure business teams can get the maximum value out of the platform. - Domain Leadership: Be the first in organisation to know about any changes in TRAI guidelines on digital comms, changes in DLT process, DPDP Act, Meta and Google policies impacting deliveries and engagement. - Stay updated on industry innovations by attending conferences and webinars, bringing back new ideas to keep our internal product ahead of the curve. What Success Looks Like (Your 12-Month Impact) - Full V3 Rollout: You have successfully managed the complete rollout of V3 of the marketing automation platform. - 100% Adoption: You have driven full adoption of the platform, successfully sunsetting V2.5 and all other alternative communication tools being used. - Flawless Execution: You have established a track record of zero errors or lapses in platform execution and reporting. - Innovate with AI: You have begun work on V4, identifying impactful AI-Assist use cases and opportunities to take the platform's capabilities to the next level. What You'll Bring (Must-Have Qualifications) - Experience: 8-10 years of total experience in digital marketing, specifically using marketing automation and analytics platforms. - Product Management: 3-5 years of direct product management experience, specifically owning and delivering product features in the digital marketing or martech domain. - Technical Acumen: High-level comfort and deep understanding of platforms like: - Marketing Automation: HubSpot, Netcore, MoEngage, Clevertap, WebEngage, etc. - Marketing Analytics: Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Branch, etc. - Critical Skill (Stakeholder Management): Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, create alignment, and articulate a clear product vision. Should be able to hold own ground in scenarios involving non-aligned views of stakeholders and get their alignment from there - Mindset: A strong solutioning mindset (you find solutions, you don't iterate challanges) and are an optimist and believer to the point of a fault. - Communication: Strong written and spoken communication skills. Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have) - Education: BE (Computer Science or E&TC) or an MBA (Marketing) (MBA Optional) - Startup Experience: Prior experience thriving in a high-pace, ambiguous, and resource-constrained startup environment with very high expectations. - Certifications: Relevant certifications from Google or Meta, or participation in product management cohorts (e.g., Reforge). - Passion: A genuine love for all things digital marketingfrom creatives, copy, CTRs, and conversions to attribution, revenue, and engagement.
