Start: ASAP Interview Process: 2 virtual rounds Important Skills: Top priorities: 1. Cisco Wireless experience (mandatory) 2. Cisco Networking experience (mandatory) 3. Cisco SD-WAN and Routing 4. Team player Responsibilities include: * Acting as Tier-3 for network escalations, mainly Cisco wireless (controllers, APs, authentication, RF) * Handling complex WLAN/LAN/WAN troubleshooting (packet flow, RF issues, performance, roaming, authentication) * Implementing and optimizing Cisco wireless setups (9800/Catalyst, DNA Center/Prime, ISE/802.1X) * Supporting SD-WAN and firewall operations when needed Certifications: Not mandatory Experience Required: 7+ years Background Check: Standard Additional Notes: * Team player * Strong communication and collaboration * Good with documentation (planning, designs, processes, SOPs)
