About the Role We’re looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator + Designer who can ideate, shoot, and design content that connects and converts. If you love creating social media magic through your phone — shooting reels, editing videos, and designing engaging visuals using Canva or AI-based tools — this role is made for you. Responsibilities - Shoot, edit, and create short-form video content (reels, stories, behind-the-scenes, etc.) using your phone. - Design engaging social media posts, carousels, and graphics using Canva or AI-supported tools (no Adobe required). - Conceptualize and execute ideas that align with brand objectives and current digital trends. - Collaborate with the social media and content teams to deliver impactful creatives for all platforms. - Stay updated with trending formats, sounds, and visual styles across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. Candidate Profile - Creative, self-driven, and passionate about social media storytelling. - Well-versed with current social media trends, tools, and formats. - Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Reliable, consistent, and focused on delivering quality output. Required Skills & Experience - Proficiency in Canva, AI-based design, and mobile video editing tools (VN, InShot, etc.). - Basic understanding of motion graphics or video transitions. - Graduation or relevant certification in design, communication, or digital media. - Prior experience in a social media or advertising agency is preferred.
