Job Description We are hiring for our Product-based client in Bangalore for the position of Polarion Administrator. The selected candidate will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing the Polarion ALM system while ensuring seamless integration with development and project management processes. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain the Polarion ALM system to ensure high availability and optimal performance. - Configure projects and manage repositories as per team and project requirements. - Manage Polarion licenses, user accounts, roles, and permissions. - Provide user support and conduct training sessions on Polarion functionalities and best practices. - Develop and implement workflows, customizations, and reports to enhance efficiency and project visibility. - Deploy Polarion, plugins, and templates across multiple environments. - Create deployment packages, manage deployment versioning, create hotfix packages, and refresh Dev/QA/Production library data. - Monitor and manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other tools and platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, and Project Management) to troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, and implement solutions. - Ensure proper alignment of Polarion ALM with Agile development processes. Required Skills & Experience: - Strong experience in administering and managing Polarion ALM. - Hands-on experience with deployment, versioning, and managing system configurations. - Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing Polarion performance. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). - Knowledge of DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
