Role: Asst. Manager/Manager - Performance Marketing Client Industry: Food & Beverage (250+ cr annual turnover) Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: WFO Working Days: Mon-Sat Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented performance marketing specialist to oversee our brand presence on Swiggy and Zomato. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of our online store, including product listings, pricing updates, ad campaigns, and strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires close coordination with our store teams, platform marketing teams, and internal management to drive sales, enhance visibility, and ensure operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Product Listing & Management - Coordinate with our store teams across Bengaluru to ensure all products are accurately listed on Swiggy and Zomato - Regularly update existing listings with price changes, promotions, images, and descriptions - Add new product listings promptly to reflect new menu offerings - Ensure product information is accurate, appealing, and optimized for maximum customer engagement 2. Marketing & Sales Strategy - Collaborate with Swiggy and Zomato marketing teams to develop and execute sales-driving campaigns - Monitor, optimize, and strategize digital advertising campaigns on Swiggy and Zomato to maximize ROI - Plan promotions, discounts, and special offers in coordination with internal teams to boost sales - Analyze competitors’ listings and campaigns to identify opportunities for growth 3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Track and maintain weekly sales reports for all online channels, including insights on performance metrics and trends - Forecast future sales and identify opportunities to grow online revenue - Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to improve service and offerings 4. Operational Coordination - Coordinate with store managers to resolve queries related to online operations, inventory, and fulfillment - Ensure smooth execution of orders and resolve operational bottlenecks promptly - Liaise with Swiggy and Zomato teams to troubleshoot any listing, payment, or operational issues Key Requirements: - Should have run ads on both Swiggy and Zomato, and be familiar with their dashboards - Good command over copy and creative - Comfortable using AI tools to plan paid campaigns at scale, monitor, and iterate live campaigns - Can work as an individual contributor initially and later build and lead a team - Strong knowledge of analytics tools and be comfortable preparing dashboards for stakeholders - 3+ years of full-time work experience as a performance marketer - Experience in the food and beverage industry and/or Agency experience is preferred but not mandatory Qualifications: - Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Core Competencies: - Good communication and coordination skills to work with multiple stakeholders - Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously - Strategic thinking with the ability to implement actionable marketing plans - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Customer-focused mindset to enhance online brand presence - Ability to work under tight deadlines and dynamic operational environments
