We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Finance Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on Technical Hiring along with HR operations, payroll, compliance, and finance coordination. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Key Responsibilities: 1. HR & Recruitment - Managing end-to-end recruitment with a focus on Technical Hiring. - Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to assess their technical skills and qualifications. - Sourcing and engaging top talent through social media, job boards, and networking. - Providing feedback to candidates in a timely manner & negotiating job offers for new hires. - Handling recruitment for non-technical roles across the organization. - Designing and implementing HR policies to improve employee productivity and engagement. - Overseeing on boarding, induction, attendance, and leave management to ensure a seamless employee experience. - Managing the entire employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee development, benefits, and exit formalities. - Facilitating learning & development frameworks aligned with organizational goals. - Administering payroll, compliance, and benefits processes efficiently. - Ensuring adherence to HR compliance and maintain accurate documentation. 2. Admin & Vendor Management - Coordinating with vendors ensure cost-effective and timely deliverables. - Handling procurement and office administration including purchase of project essentials. - Managing reimbursements and streamline background verification processes. - Maintaining smooth administrative operations to support all departments. 3. Finance Coordination (Non-Accounting Role) - Acting as a link between internal teams and the vendors for all financial and compliance-related matters. - Handling payment coordination, including import remittances and bank transfers. - Maintaining and track all financial documents. - Ensuring timely submission of documents for compliance. - Keeping comprehensive and organized records for easy audit readiness and reporting. Skills Required: - Strong expertise in Technical and Non-Technical Recruitment. - Knowledge of HR Operations, payroll processing, and statutory compliance. - Ability to coordinate effectively with internal & external team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word. - Familiarity with HRMS tools would be highly beneficial. - Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR & Finance roles, preferably within a technical or engineering organization. - Prior experience in finance coordination and vendor management will be an advantage.
