Technical expertise in Oracle service cloud Consultant Understanding the Requirement documents and come up with design and implementation Collaboration & Communication with Onsite Counter (Client) parts Working sessions and demos Shift timing 2 to 11 PM IST Exp: 8+ Yrs Hybrid to office - Proven experience as an Oracle RightNow Developer or a similar role. - Strong knowledge of Oracle RightNow CX architecture, components, and customization capabilities. - Proficiency in developing custom objects, workflows, and rules using Oracle RightNow CX tools (e.g., Customer Portal, Business Rules, Workflows). - Experience in integrating Oracle RightNow CX with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies. - Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders, system analysts, and technical teams. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. - Oracle RightNow CX certifications would be a plus. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
