A global company, with rapid growth, innovative people, and a lean organization makes SAP Fioneer a place where you accelerate your future Requirements EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the product or fintech ecosystem. - Solid understanding of SAP modules, with the ability to differentiate between roles and skillsets. - Strong knowledge of tech hiring, including Java, Cloud, AMS, and full-stack roles, as well as SAP technologies such as ABAP and Fiori. - Expertise in functional hiring, open to diverse skill domains. - Proven experience managing active requisitions independently and meeting hiring targets. - Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern sourcing tools. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
