Job Overview We are seeking a Junior-level Telecaller to join our team on a full-time basis The position is open in multiple locations including Ahmedabad Rajkot and Surat The candidate should have a work experience rangng from 1 to 3 years This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers Qualifications and Skills Must have a strong command over customer communication to effectively interact with diverse clients and understand their needs Mandatory skill Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer records and track interactions efficiently In-depth product knowledge to provide accurate information and address customer queries appropriately Skilled in data entry with high attention to detail for maintaining precise and organized records Telemarketing abilities to initiate customer contact and promote products or services proactively Adept at crafting persuasive sales pitches to convert prospects into loyal customers Exceptional listening skills to accurately comprehend customer requirements and tailor responses accordingly Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload under pressure Roles and Responsibilities Initiate calls to potential clients and introduce them to the services and products offered by the company Maintain updated records of calls follow-ups and customer interactions within the CRM system Understand customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives that best fit their requirements Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and services Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly targets set by the management Follow company policies and procedures for call scripts business correspondence and data handling Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and telecalling skills Prepare and distribute marketing materials as necessary and maintain professionalism during all communications
