Software Architect Technical Lead

Job Description Requirement for a Technical ArchitectPurpose / Objective To design, oversee, and ensure the delivery of a scalable, secure, and maintainable system architecture that aligns with the business and technical requirements of the enterprise application. Key Responsibilities 1.System Architecture: Design the overall architecture (monolithic/microservices), define module boundaries, and ensure scalability and maintainability. 2.Technology Strategy: Select the right tools, frameworks, and design patterns to align with project goals and performance needs. 3.Team Collaboration: Work with backend, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams; review designs and mentor developers on best practices. 4.Performance & Scalability: Optimize system performance through caching, load balancing, and efficient database design. 5.Security: Implement secure coding standards, authentication/authorization strategies, and data protection mechanisms. 6.DevOps Integration: Collaborate on CI/CD setup, cloud deployment, and environment consistency using Docker/Kubernetes. 7.Documentation & Standards: Maintain architecture diagrams, API documentation, and coding guidelines to ensure consistency. 8.Quality & Risk Management: Identify technical risks, ensure non-functional requirements (security, reliability, scalability), and uphold architectural integrity. ** Having a fundamental grasp of Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains would add significant value to our project. Experience Level 7+ years of backend or full-stack experience (preferably Java/Spring Boot). 2+ years in architecture, system design, or team leadership roles. - Prior experience building large-scale, distributed, or enterprise applications
