What We're Looking For We’re open to all levels of talent — whether you’re just starting or a seasoned professional, what matters most is your curiosity, adaptability, and drive to build with AI. Here’s what will help you thrive in this role: - Python Wizardry: Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in multithreading, concurrency, and web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.). - Modern Dev Practices: Familiarity with Git/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). - Systems Know-How: Comfort with caching systems (Redis), message queues (Kafka, Celery), and asynchronous tools (Asyncio, WebSockets). AI & ML Enthusiasm: - Understanding of NLP concepts and libraries (NLTK, spaCy). - Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and frameworks like LangChain. - Bonus if you’ve built machine learning solutions or experimented with AI coding assistants (Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine, Ghostwriter). - Data Handling Skills: Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (SQLAlchemy).
